TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a flawless experience, the following requirements apply:
Main Stage (Audiences 50+)

Performance Area: Minimum 3m x 4m clear space. No lecterns or fixed furniture.

Microphone: Wireless headset only.

Audio: Standard audio feed (HDMI or XLR/DI-Box) for high-fidelity media playback.

Lighting: Two switchable spotlights (LED Floor-Spots/Wash) in Deep Blue and Rich Red, positioned rear-floor or side-stage.

Visuals: The keynote is a live, standalone experience. Screens are used for visual enhancement, not as the main focus.
Executive Boardroom (Audiences < 50)
For intimate, high-level executive sessions where no microphone is required, Andreas Gebhardt provides a Plug-and-Play Setup. In these environments, he operates with his own mobile audio and lighting to guarantee maximum impact and zero technical overhead for the organizer.
Sound & Light Check
A technical walkthrough and soundcheck must take place prior to the event or during a break. To maintain the element of surprise and ensure the full impact of the opening, no audience presence is permitted during this time.
